1. General Provisions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") applies to the use of the gbb44 platform and all its services. By accessing or using the gbb44 website, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on gbb44, you must be at least 21 years old. Only persons aged 21 or above are eligible to use our services. Use of gaming services by minors is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are discovered, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Information Required at Registration

• An active and valid email address.
• Date of birth — required for age verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your gbb44 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with anyone.

3.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly, especially if you believe your account details may have been exposed anywhere.
• Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.
• If you log in on someone else's device, always log out at the end of the session.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. gbb44 is not liable for any transactions or gaming activity from your account unless you promptly report the unauthorised access.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

For depositing funds on gbb44, we support the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method owned by you.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit processing is generally instant, though bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• gbb44 is not liable for deposits delayed due to technical issues, but immediate assistance will be provided in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if the wagering requirements of any applicable bonus have not been met.
• gbb44 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal requests linked to fraudulent activity will be cancelled.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on gbb44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in another currency will be automatically converted at the prevailing exchange rate.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive an additional ৳7,500 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus before making a withdrawal.

• Bonus funds may only be used on specific games — details will be stated in the terms of each bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless permitted under special terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period after the bonus is activated.
• gbb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Misuse of promotional offers (bonus abuse) will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Other Promotions

gbb44 regularly offers special deals, reload bonuses, cashback and other promotions. Each promotion has its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. All promotional offers are subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of gbb44.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on gbb44 — slots, live casino, fishing games, table games and sports betting — are operated according to specific rules. The rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All our slots and casino games are operated by certified game software providers. Results are entirely random and not subject to any external influence.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game (hacking, use of cheating software or any other unfair method) is strictly prohibited.
• If a connection is lost during a gaming session, the game will resume from the state recorded in the system once the connection is restored.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbb44 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person or operating another person's account.
• Registering with a false identity, forged documents or another person's information.
• Playing games using cheating software, bots, scripts or other automated tools.
• Collusion — gaining an unfair advantage through secret agreements with other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Bonus abuse — using low-risk betting strategies (arbitrage) to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Harassing, intimidating or showing disrespectful behaviour towards other users.

8. VIP Program

The gbb44 VIP Program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. A user's tier advances based on their gaming activity.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week. The starting tier of the VIP journey.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week. Additional benefits for select members.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week. Priority support service.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week. Personal account manager.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% cashback per week. The highest-tier membership.

VIP cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to the account automatically. gbb44 reserves the right to modify the VIP Program terms, but existing members will be notified in advance.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by requesting our support team. All valid withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed, and if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met, the bonus will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

gbb44 is not liable for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Negligent exposure of your account information or unauthorized access.
• Unexpected server downtime or service unavailability during maintenance.

• Amended terms and conditions will take effect from the date of publication.
• If you continue to use the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms and conditions.
• If you disagree with the new terms and conditions, you may request that your account be closed.
